We are from Texas and we rolled into town last week with a major front suspension issue. They got us in almost immediately and diagnosed the problems. They got everything taken care of in a timely manner and got us on our way. The people working at the service desk were phenominal and they treated you with respect and were more than helpful. I went in today to look at the key for key trade in event they have going on, curious more than anything. The sales rep I dealt with was a drink of fresh water or a breath of fresh air compared to any other salesman I've dealt with in town to date. After one and a half hours, We went to check on our vehicle. We were told they sent us a text about our air cleaner 20 minutes ago, but they didn’t hear back from us. We were in the waiting room. Who checks their texts all the time. I guess they were too lazy to walk out to the waiting room.

I had a great experience today when I purchased a Toyota Grand Highlander and traded in another Toyota Highlander. I found all the staff very friendly and accommodating. My salesman was Colter Schenbeck and he was great to work with. He’s friendly, attentive and very knowledgeable and does it all with a smile. I felt very comfortable and I’m very happy with my purchase.

I was helped by friendly staff. The wait time was a longer than explained. Waiting room could have more comfortable seating. My labor was $180 for something that was only supposed to take 45 minutes 🤔. In the end they got everything taken care of and my questions answered.

My only complaint was the salesman had “quoted “ us a deal at 20,000. I then text him later that evening saying we would take the deal. I go to pay for the car, the next afternoon , I asked him if his manager was okay with the 20,000 offer, he said I don’t know I haven’t asked him yet! Purchase our 2020 Hyundai Palisade with about 90,000 plus miles on it. Next day we were driving home (to Washington) and our battery light came on. They met and exceeded all my expectations and were very easy to work with. They offered me "top dollar" for my trade-in as well. I worked with Granite GMC remotely 450 miles away via phone, text, and email. They had the exact truck I wanted. My initial research covered over 20 GMC dealerships in 5 western states. There was no one c to greet me when I arrived or explain what to do. I was not attended to i feel I waited to.long for my vehicle considering I brought it in for a all wheel drive service light that comes on when I start my car. They didn't have the part so.now I have to go back!

Never get anything fixed. Claim they need to replicate an intermittent issue. It’s a bit hard to replicate intermittent issues at the dealership. My radio/computer stays on and runs my batteries dead. I had to buy a jumper box because it kills the batteries. Their service dept sucks. No loaners ever available. It’s a joke you buy a 90k truck and warranty and get treated like a cheap car lot customer.
They provided friendly and prompt service and overall the quality of the experience was excellent

Our salesman, Tim, was very good. Paid cash for the difference, when we were done with our salesman, it took an hour before we got started with paper work. I consider this poor, glad I wasn't financing, it is hard to tell hiw lonv that would take.

Great service every time! However, getting rid of the quick lane was a mistake in my opinion. Living in a rural area, it was much more convenient being able to just stop in for an oil change. Ford still does it, I don’t understand why GM does not.

I’ve had my Acadia AT4 for a couple of years now, and it’s my favorite car I’ve ever had the pleasure of owning. I always take it to GMC for repairs and maintenance and Mike always assists me with my vehicle. I trust that he has never steered me wrongfully in my repairs, and has always done his best to get my car to me as quickly as possible any time it goes in!

Job was finished. Requested for tire rotation (did not happen). Took 2 hours. After waiting my time went over to find my car sitting in the lot. Got the oil change which was the most important thing.
